dirty bed sheets unattended reception

the room was fantastic, just like in the movies.

i did not like that the staff was never at the reception when we needed them even though we were always there during the hours they were supposed to be. i also did not like that the bed sheets were dirty. this is completely unacceptable for the price.

The location offered convenient access to popular spots, yet it was situated on a quiet canal. Maria at reception provided excellent service and helpful information. I had a room with beautiful canal views. The reasonable price.

The room lacked a trash can, apart from the one in the bathroom. I missed having one in the main room.

The hotel has a lovely setting near a quiet canal, not far from main attractions. Reception staff are very helpful. They provide directions plus suggestions for restaurants. These personnel contribute positively to the experience.

The accommodation is in a fantastic location. It is close to major points of interest. Its position allows for easy access to key sites while maintaining a nothing noisy. You will find it nicely situated near a canal.

perfect location canal views comfortable stay

the location amazed me! the proximity to santa maria formosa square made it easy to grab coffee. the room included three large double windows opened, it had great canal views. i loved our stay, it felt peaceful.

i found limited amenities. there was no provision of cups for drinking, i wanted a coffee! the ac ran, yet it did not cool the room.
